About this campground
Waxmyrtle Campground is located 8 miles south of Florence within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. The campground is situated near the beach, several hiking trails, and a non-motorized section of open dunes. These nearby attractions, combined with excellent campground amenities, make Waxmyrtle an ideal camping destination.
