  Beautiful campsite. We have camped here several times. We just got back after spending a week at cabin 24 celebrating my wife and my 20th wedding anniversary. So quiet and relaxing. Be prepared to get a visit or 2 from bears What do you expect when you are camping in a forest. Use common sense and don’t leave food out. They don’t bother you and go away. We are heartbroken having to come back home.

  Beautiful scenery, clean grounds and great hot showers!..Beware of the Bears and Coyotes though!

  Great campground. Well maintained and nice, helpful staff. Stayed many times over the summer and would return. No hookups but potable water throughout the site and generators allowed except during quiet hours. Each spot comes with a fire pit and picnic table. Depending on where you are, there might be some car noise from the nearby road. People were respectful of quiet hour. There are definitely bears roaming around so keep your food contained within your vehicle. Leashed pets allowed.

  Enjoyed every minute of it. Camping under stately pines next to the Farmington River was great. And the fishing was excellent. And if you like Spanish food the general store in pleasant valley has awesome pastelitos. The chicken one is the best.
