  Peaceful. Great location for camping in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Easy drive. The campsite (73)itself was really nice. Bison were pleasant in and around the campground. The night sky was Gorgeous! The ranger program at the campground was fantastic. The kids really enjoyed playing.

  Great place to camp inside Teddy Roosevelt National Park. We've camped here a few times - both with a camper and with a tent. It's always gone well. Bathrooms are clean and the campground is quiet with respectful campers.

  I've only camped about eight times, but this was my favorite so far! It was nice to have only tents nearby instead of be surrounded by RVs, and tenting on the grasses was super comfy. The bathrooms were nearby and were really clean. A bison wandered into the campground in the middle of the night and got really close to the tent (according to the grunting and snuffling sounds) and in the morning a herd wandered right next to the campsite! In July the sun rose at 4:45am because we were so far north and the stars at night were amazing. Highly recommend!

  Nice semi primitive campground. Bathrooms were clean and campsites were equipped with a picnic table and grill. Had buffalo walk by our camper in the early morning. Our corgi was kept busy looking for bunny's! No electric hookups, no showers, no wifi and sporadic cell service.
