  I just love coming here, 1st time was 28 years ago and have next year book as well. Great clean campground with natural beauty, on the river with boat rentals. My family stayed in one of their park models, comfortable and clean. It’s a very large park and they offer golf cart rentals which we do as well and would highly recommend. Nice pools, and Christmas in july with the golf carts all decorated is a blast. They also have an old fire truck that kids get on, Are given water filled fire extinguishers, and the truck goes through the campground squirting water at other willing participants and maybe a few unwilling participants as well but it’s all in good fun. Many of the seasonals spray the kids with hoses, very good time. All staff is always friendly and helpful. Just left today and cant wait till next year.

  Second time this year and just another notch in our Holidayshores experiences for the past 30 years.. Love this place so much. Love being on the water with so many things to do. Naural, refreshing and very engaging. Plenty to offer in activities for all ages. Will be back again this year to make many more memories.

  Overall excellent experience. We return every year. I was looking to leave my boat in the waternand they said i could park in the beach. They also thankfully told me water levels has fluctuations and it may leave it stranded on shore. I opted not to do this. After talking with others in the park, they let me know they also rent docks. Went down and rented one of those and problem solved. Wish it would have been offered when i asked. There were 5 open available.

  I rented a seasonal for the summer at holiday shores. They picked where what site and parked it for me. The neighbors had a fit how the rv was parked. The neighbors had parked their shed on my lot before we rented my site. They even told me the owners help them put the shed up. They kept trying to squeeze me out of my site. The husband of the neighbor harnessing us and stormed right up to my face and was spitting while he yelled at me. I paid $4000.00 for the season. I requested many times to make a spot for my shed and help straighten out the issues with the neighbor. I had to write a legal letter letting know I am disabled and they need to help fix the issues. Finally they came and saw what was going on. I agreed not to make problems but the neighbors needed to park in their lot and not in front of my rv. Therest of the summer went ok. So I decided to keep the camper to next season. Someone messed with my handle so we needed to replace it. Due to rules of the camp ground they had maintenance to work on rvs. The last weekend the trailer had to be dumped. They have a employee who goes around and dump the rvs. We had to leave so I was forced to pay 300.00 for maintenance to winterize my rv. I could not make it back before they closed the resort for the winter due to a family member was dying. When contracts were coming out I never received mine. I emailed and call several times which different emplyees told me they were going out. It never happened. I sent my son up with the info that was required. My son is autistic but can drive. The owner told him he could not have any of his security items on the camp ground. Which is illegal due to he is autistic. Jill the owner told him she wants to talk to me. Phone tag went on because I have a job and was always at work. Finally I said I was coming for the rv. Tyler finally sent an email after several emails and calls I had made saying they never fixed the rv and the keys with part will be in the front office. I went to remove my trail Tyler only gave me my part. She said chip has the keys. Chip came to my rv while we were packing it up. I asked where are my keys? He said he did not have them. He did admit that he was in there and it is a mess. My trailer has a sliding bed which was locked up. The other front entrance was the broken. I asked him why did he not go through the bank area which has a entrance. He said he did not know that. I asked to go back to the front office and see if he can find the keys. I told him we need to open the.lock to the tong. He said if he can't find them he would bring bolt cutters. We start hunting up the trailer for the other key. We found it and opened. Chip came back with Tom and said no bolt cutters and he does not know where the keys are. It was like they were laughing at us. I said don't worry we found one and they gave us a pissy face. We went to the exit the resort they would not open the gate right away other campers were lined up and they were willing to let us out. To this day they refuse to give us the keys back and now there are broken pipes due to them not winterize my camper has anyone else has had this issue?
