  Kentucky Horse Park was one of the highlights of our trip! There was truly something for everyone in our family. The older kids and I had an amazing time on the guided horseback trail ride. The horses were well cared for, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the ride was a wonderful experience. Meanwhile, the little ones absolutely loved the pony rides and were all smiles. Beyond that, there was so much to see and do throughout the park. We spent hours exploring, learning about horses, and enjoying the beautiful grounds. The entire park is clean, well maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. Whether you're a horse lover or just looking for a fun day out with kids of all ages, this is a must-visit destination. We made wonderful memories here and would happily come back again!

  We are here for the 4th if July week. There is plenty of shade which is great this week; however, No grounds maintenance was down in preparation for the holiday crowd!!! Tall grass to wade through at all of the sites and talk weeds around most of the trees. One guy used his weedeater around his tree! Really you all can go better!!!

  Will go with 4 instead of 5 stars due to: -the laundry machines were mostly out of service and was a real setback to our first day there (5 of us travelling) -Our site D215 is low-lying and received a lot of flow during rains -Need to trim some trees back, including dead limbs in the oak trees located 40-50 feet above camper (D215). -Would be nice if pool was open a little later, when people come back to the campground for the evening, but 6pm closing was workable -Was a pricey stay, due to seasonal 5 night minimum when only needed 3 nights, but ok Pros: -Proximity to everything -Plenty of bicycling opportunities -Adequate dump facilities -Bathhouses and pool were generally acceptably clean -Nice reminders not to cut through others' camp sites -Fairly quiet

  Pretty area. Nice clean pool but COLD🥶They should have people directing you to sites , very confusing signage. Bathrooms need a good cleaning at least once a day . Moldy shower curtains , dirty corners in showers . Nice office staff. And met some real nice people and 1 rude person that complained we were loud -3 Grandchildren having fun. If you don’t like noise and your seniors park on other side of park with closer bathrooms and not by the pool and playground for crying out loud!!
