  Such a well maintained LARGE~RV Park! Love how close it is to everything~across the street from the Wharf. Granddaughter had a Cheer competition there, and it was extremely convenient! Loved the pools,(bummed because the jacuzzi was out of order) nice restaurant, (breakfast not served though) & golf cart rentals! Sites are well spaced and the dog park was centrally located. FHU’s worked well, loved the Adirondack chairs at each site and the propane fire pit!

  It was our first time to Sun Outdoors and it did not dissappoint! We love to bike ride. So we enjoyed that they have trails that link to the Gulf State Park. We were able to ride over 20 miles a day. The amenities within the resort are beautiful. We took advantage of the pool, played pickleball, volleyball, cornhole, basketball, hiked as well. You are only a short drive ti the beach and across the road from The Wharf. We could see the fireworks from our campsite. We will definitely come back again!

  Love this resort! Some people don't like that rules are being enforced by the new management and the favoritism of the past has been discontinued. Speeders (vehicles, golf carts, eBikes, and scooters alike) are being addressed and with repeat offenders, fined, along with quiet hours enforced, and safety at the entrance. This has resulted in turning hundreds of people seeking to use the resort amenities for FREE and take up seating and space from those who've paid to be here, let alone for pure safety and security of everyone. For rule breakers and inconsiderate folks, this might not be the best fit. But for people that love a beautiful resort with great amenities, and friendly staff, this is the place for you!

  Sun Outdoors Orange Beach is an amazing place to stay! The property is incredibly open, spacious, and very clean, making it feel relaxing and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Everything is well-kept and thoughtfully designed. The pools on-site are beautiful and perfect for unwinding, and having a nice restaurant and bar right there adds so much convenience and enjoyment to the stay. There are tons of great amenities and activities for everyone, whether you’re looking to relax or have fun. It’s also in a fantastic location—very close to the beach and near some great hiking trails, which makes it perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors.
