  An absolutely adorable place to camp! I love how many different options there are, from tent sites to rustic treehouses to insulated cottages and more. I love the quiet hours overnight and that they are respectfully but firmly enforced. Everyone I spoke or interacted with was super friendly. The cottage I reserved was just as described. The bathrooms are located in the same building as the camp store; they were aged but very clean. There's even an outdoor sink for washing dishes (season dependent, I believe). I loved the casual, "mom-and-pop" feel of the place. Even their website comes across as so down-to-earth — a mix of professional and informal. I will definitely be staying here again some time!

  Wonderful Family Camping Experience at Treecamp Maryland- 19-21Jun2026 We spent the weekend at Treecamp Maryland with a group of five families and our kids, and we had an amazing time! We booked the pavilion, which was very spacious and perfect for accommodating a large group. The interior of the pavilion was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable gathering space for everyone. The campground also has a great cookhouse equipped with both a coal grill and a gas grill, which made meal preparation convenient. They have electric outlets too. The facilities and restrooms were clean. The location is excellent for families. There were plenty of space for kids to play. We also enjoyed tubing nearby, which added even more fun to our trip. Overall, Treecamp Maryland provided a wonderful camping experience with excellent facilities, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful setting. We created great memories with friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a group or family camping getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

  So where to start? My wife and I got the Hobbit House. And, it was amazing. The place was great. Lots of space. Wood stove. Electricity. A very unique, and rustic experience. We absolutely enjoyed our visit and we 100% will.be going back again. The fact that they have a few year rounds sites is amazing. The prices are great. Nick and the staff were all amazing. Bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend this place.
