  My husband and I spent the last weekend here. It fit our needs perfectly. We wanted to stay close to downtown. Your campground location was perfect and you keep the grounds very neat and clean. I just wanted to drop a note to let you know this. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating. We will recommend your campground to anyone who wishes to stay here, it is a great home base while visiting Asheville and nearby.

  Excellent RV park/campground with great facilities; think clean bathhouse, nice pool, full hookups, level sites, and wifi. The sites are not large but are very clean and scenic. The location is fantastic, close to everything you might want to visit in Asheville, including the Farmers Market. The staff is wonderful; very helpful and friendly. Just can't say enough good about the place.

  Clean with adequate space; unfriendly staff.Their "dog walk areas" are a total fraud. Both are strips of grass and both are dangerous. One isn't even on their property and is next to a very busy road with no barrier. The other is on the side of the park with precipitous drop off and again, no barrier. You have to keep your dog tightly leashed. No ball throwing here.

  This is a really nice park and in a great location. Our only complaint is the bathrooms/showers. They are in major need of a renovation and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. It’s a shame, otherwise this place would be great!
