  Such nice people running the park. Had a small issue on checking and it was resolved plus he recovered my site which was extremely appreciated. I only stayed two weeks. It’s obviously a park for workers (me) and not a destination park so I am rating it as such (instead of a typical campground/rv park). Had no real problems during my stay outside the neighbors leaving corona bottles/trash on the ground that ended up in my site. Yes there are pot holes, they fix what they can within reason. Small wind storm came thru while I was there and blew the make shift tents/canopies around that are not secured… So be cautious as to where you set up if you value your vehicle/trailer. Hopefully they can clean some of the renters sites up a bit junk wise but I had one of the best spots there. Would stay here for work again as they were flexible with my work schedule.

  Good convenient spots and for the most part quite. The staff responded fast with questions and concerns.

  Great park to stay at while working. You can let your kids run around the park. Super quite. No stealing or any issues. They have security at night. Will stay here anytime I am working in Carlsbad. The owners are super good people. I do not have one complaint. Wifi is good for just email but you can pay 3rd party company 50 dollars and wifi is super fast and can stream movies. Really nice laundry room. Spots are very large l, level, and hard ground.

  I been here for 3 weeks and I cant complain they set me up in a perfect area and the place is very peaceful with respectful neighbors. I'm going to be here some years and I'm planning to stay here most of them hopefully nothing goes wrong lol! Management has been amazing over the phone before I even got here. Meeting them in person was even better I like that they answer return calls and help you in what they can. The laundry facility is very nice I had to clean up the mess others did and we should all clean up after ourselves to have a pleasant time washing and drying. The dog park is perfect my dog actually enjoys it alot it's not always packed so it's perfect for your furry friend to concentrate and do his deed. Otherwise theres an amazing dog park 3minutes away so they can burn some energy. Overall I'm happy here so far 😁👌
