  Under new ownership,and not great. The location is nice, however the service - bare minimum. Office never opened, we had only seen management maybe twice throughout the three days we were there. Also, no power for the entire trip! Reimbursement, nope. We won’t be coming here again. Below is an attached photo of how check in works; which by the way was also not setup correctly. It’s pretty clear they’re still learning how to run a business. Edit: lost another star because toward the end of the trip we also lost water pressure from the hookup. Keep in mind the power never even worked from the start.

  This resort was not on our favorites list. There was no grass only rocks on our site. Some sites had turf. It was hard to find places for them to potty. Really we found one small strip if grass. The pool was pretty to look at but the water was like a hot tub. We swam in the lake. You have to use the end of the dock. There is no swim beach. The office was closed when arrived after 10 on Monday. The laundry prices were great. The machines are in a halkway so when two people are using the machines you are in the way of one another.

  I didn't have a room here, but I had a lot for my fifth wheel trailer overlooking the lake and it was beautiful. Service was spectacular, there was a storm in power outage and the community really came together with water and ice runs and even helping us back in to our spot. My son had little boys to play with just across the lot and it was an overall fantastic experience. Just lovely!

  Absolutely amazing experience at IVI. The place is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything looked spotless from the moment we arrived. The staff and people there were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. You can really tell they care about the place and about the guests having a good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and the location itself is stunning. Honestly, pictures don’t do it justice. Everything felt organized, comfortable, and high quality. We enjoyed every moment there and definitely want to come back again. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended.
