  My husband and I stayed here during our 20th anniversary trip to Moab, and this RV spot turned out to be a fantastic experience ❤️🏕️ I was especially intrigued by the concept of the property itself and curious about how everything would work. If you’re expecting a traditional RV park or busy campground, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle, road noise, crowded parks, and nosy neighbors, then this place is absolutely worth considering 🌄✨ The setup is simple but incredibly effective. The property sits on about an acre and a half with seven full-hookup RV sites — six along the back and one near the exit side of the property. The sites are situated behind a home located toward the front of the property, creating more of a horseshoe-style drive around the house rather than a traditional campground layout. It feels private, peaceful, and unique compared to larger RV parks 🚐🌵 We reserved Site #1 and loved it. We had beautiful views of the valley with the mountain right behind us, and the peacefulness was exactly what we were hoping for 🏔️☀️ Everyone onsite was quiet, respectful, and kept to themselves. Most guests seem to be travelers just passing through, which adds to the calm atmosphere. Another great feature is that there really doesn’t seem to be a length restriction. You could easily fit a 45-foot RV or bus here without any issues, and the spaces are wide enough to accommodate the majority of RV setups comfortably. If you have slide-outs on both sides, then you probably already understand the limitations that can come with that type of setup. A curbside slide could feel a little intrusive depending on how you position yourself, but that’s more about knowing your own RV’s footprint than anything the property is doing wrong 👍 The only minor downside for us was getting to and from town. I could never quite remember the route, so I ended up saving it as a GPS favorite 😂 Just a friendly note for future guests — this property is located in a rural residential area on a private lot, so it feels more secluded and tucked away than a commercial campground. One thing that also stood out to us was that the property is listed as LGBTQ-friendly 🏳️‍🌈 That may seem small to some people, but for many travelers in our community, knowing a place openly welcomes and supports everyone goes a long way toward feeling safe and comfortable while traveling. This place absolutely delivered that welcoming feeling for us, so thank you to the owners for proudly including that on your Google page. It truly matters ❤️ What impressed me most is how well this business model works. Instead of trying to compete with the larger local parks that often have too much going on, the owners focused on what many RV travelers really want: amazing views, quiet surroundings, and the basic comforts of RV camping. They’ve created something unique that fills a real need in the area 👏 With a small group of campers, this would also be an amazing place to stay together since you could essentially have the entire property to yourselves. Honestly, this concept impressed me so much that it inspired me to think about doing something similar myself someday 😊 Well done to the owners for creating such a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay — we would absolutely return! 🌟🚐

  I wish I had paid closer attention to this site. That's on me, but I am trying to help you avoid my mistake, which was assuming that no places like this existed. NO AMENITIES: No showers, no laundry, no anything. It's a parking spot with hookups IT'S LITERALLY IN SOMEONE'S BACKYARD: It has 7 spaces behind a house and workshop. It does have a decent view of Moab, but it's surrounded by a neighborhood. Just over the wall in my photo was someone's junk collection. IT'S 8 MILES SOUTH OF MOAB: It's not really close to anything, and in the opposite direction from the national parks. Plus, you will get to drive your rig through a residential neighborhood. If you're good with these things, try it out. But at $90 per night plus tax, you can do better.

  While further from Moab than other campgrounds, this spot was way more private and with a beautiful view of the landscape. Modern connections, excellent WiFi, super clean, and plenty of room to maneuver. No showers or restrooms, but all sites feature full hookups instead. Highly recommend.

  Pulled in here in a 37 foot class A with a 20 foot trailer. It was so well thought out for big rigs. I was unpacking and getting setup when the sunset just smacks you in the face. Loved how quiet, peaceful and on the outside of town it was. If your looking for a bunch of amenities and bathhouse, then this is not the spot for you. If you want peace and quiet with sunset views, you will love this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
